I don’t know about you… but I tend to hibernate in the winter.

Short days, cold air, early darkness — my body just wants cozy blankets, slower evenings, and staying in. And honestly? I’ve learned not to fight that rhythm too much. Winter has its place.

But when the weather starts to shift?
When the sun lingers just a little longer?

Something in me wakes up.

I love going for walks when it’s nice out. There’s something about fresh air and warmth on your face that feels like a reset button for your mood. The kind of simple medicine we sometimes forget about.

I’m really looking forward to Spring — the longer days, the warmth, the energy that comes with it. 🌸

Isolation isn’t just physical — it’s emotional.

During blizzards, many people:
• Withdraw
• Over-scroll
• Overthink
• Feel disconnected

Instead of waiting to “feel social,” try this:

Call someone for 10 minutes.
Play a board game.
Cook together.
Schedule a virtual check-in.

Connection doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful.

If you feel heavier in the winter, you’re not imagining it.

Less sunlight impacts:
• Serotonin
• Sleep cycles
• Energy levels

That doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you.
