Are you detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping patients access the care they need? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Benefit Investigation / Authorization Specialist to join us in a full‑time hybrid role.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct benefit investigations with accuracy and efficiency
• Obtain prior authorizations and verify insurance requirements
• Communicate with providers, payers, patients, and internal teams
• Support patients by ensuring timely access to services
• Maintain organized, compliant documentation
• Billing and collections

• Experience in benefit investigation, prior authorizations, or medical insurance
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
