Sometimes we get so used to feeling a certain way that it starts to feel normal. You may feel tight, tired, stressed, mentally drained. Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s something you have to live with.

The truth is courage often looks like showing up while anxious.
Courage looks like taking the step even when your mind is full of doubt.
Going to the gym when you feel uncomfortable. Scheduling the appointment you’ve been avoiding. Speaking up about how you're feeling. Taking the first step toward a healthier life.

You don’t need to eliminate anxiety before you move forward. Sometimes growth simply means moving forward while afraid.

So grateful for our team and a beautiful night spent together at our holiday party this weekend.
It was special to have so many of us in the same room, connecting, laughing, and celebrating the people who make this work possible every day.

• Bend at the hips and knees, not your back
• Avoid twisting
• Take breaks

Know when to stop:
