Highland Ob/Gyn Highland Ob/Gyn is under new ownership and is now part of Obstetrical Associates, Inc. Please visit Dr. Lacey LaBarge recently joined the practice in July 2011.

Dr. Mark Lowney, founder of Highland OBGYN, has over 20 years of experience taking care of patients in this area. As a Massachusetts native, she is happy to be back in the area after recently completing her residency. Dr Barbara Soares has over 20 years of experience taking care of patients in need of gynelogical care, and has just recently joined the practice. Kathleen London Lopes, a certified nurse midwife, is one of the first nurse midwives to practice in the Southcoast region, and is dedicated to providing personalized care to obstetrical, gynelogical, and adolescent patients.
