Writing ✍️ is Magic.

I’ve always said “that magic happens when you put pen to paper…”

And encourage my clients to write things down by hand… ✍️

I didn’t know the why, or how… but I knew it was True.

So this morning I had the “snow-blower” meditation... i.e. a snow blower was running the WHOLE time I was meditating...

Was it an Ideal meditation experience?

No.

Did it prohibit or impede my morning meditation?

No.

So this is your friendly reminder, that noises in the environment, (as well as thoughts, and sensations in your body) are a NORMAL part of the meditation process...

Even if not ideal 🤷‍♀️

Is it DELICIOUS when you can carve out a super quiet time & place for your meditation in complete SILENCE?

Absolutely

Is it necessary?

No.

And, you’ll appreciate those super delicious meditations all the more when you have them… 😉

NOT that we ever JUDGE are meditations, do we? 🤔

A topic for another time. 😉
