With up to 2,000 calls coming in each day, our phones are a critical part of how patients connect with care. Supporting that volume across languages and needs takes an incredible amount of work from our call center team. At the same time, we know that telephone access can be a source of frustration for patients when wait times grow.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve patient access, we partnered with Attuned Intelligence to introduce Maria, an AI team member who can help route calls and answer simple questions, making it easier for patients to reach the right place.

This work is focused on strengthening access, reducing unnecessary delays, and supporting the teams who show up every day to care for our community. We’re looking forward to learning as we go and continuing to invest in better, more reliable access for the patients we serve.

HealthFirst’s “Cheese, Cheers & Championship Vibes” Pizza Party! Today our HealthFirst team huddled up for a Super Bowl-Bound celebration filled with hot cheese pizza, big laughs, and even bigger Patriots pride!

With slices in hand and jerseys on, staff came together to cheer on the New England Patriots as they chase that 7th Lombardi Trophy!
