It's the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don't need 24-hour, complex medical supervision. Our residents, who have Alzheimer's Disease or another form of dementia, live with dignity in our loving and secure environment. Semi-private and private rooms are available. Our community is located in the peaceful, rural countryside of Fallbrook, California. We are located only 15 miles from the scenic Pacific Ocean. We are bordered on the west by Camp Pendleton Marine Corp Base. A short drive east to Interstate 15, provides easy access to Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange and Riverside counties. Interstate 5 in Oceanside, via Hwy 76 and S13, is less than thirty minutes west of Fallbrook. It’s the perfect senior housing facility for families living in North San Diego County and Southern Riverside County. Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care. Our residents absolutely LOVE attending local events—especially when there’s music involved! For over a year now, we’ve been lucky enough to attend the Freaney & Friends concerts at the Fallbrook Public Library every single month, and they never fail to bring smiles, toe-tapping, and so much joy.

This last concert was extra special Dmitry Kirichenko was the main performer, and seeing a familiar face made it even more meaningful. He’s performed at our facility many times, and honestly… we can’t get enough of his incredible talent! Our residents were all smiles and pure happiness.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who makes these wonderful concerts possible month after month. You truly make a difference, and our residents feel it in their hearts

Yesterday, some of our wonderful residents had the absolute joy of visiting William H. Frazier Elementary School to celebrate The Greatest Kindness Week alongside the kiddos!

Together, our residents and the students decorated Starbucks hot drink sleeves—each one filled with creativity, smiles, and lots of love.

So next time you stop by our local Starbucks, keep an eye out… you just might receive a drink sleeve decorated with kindness by our residents and the amazing kids from William H. Frazier Elementary.

They truly always go above and beyond to make our residents feel special, and our las visit was no exception. Amazing food, incredible service, beautiful views, and the perfect day to enjoy it all 🌞

Our residents had an absolute blast—good laughs, great company, and unforgettable moments soaking in those stunning views. We’re so grateful for places like The Veranda that make experiences like this possible.

Our latest pottery class was full of creativity, laughter, and a little Valentine’s magic! 💕

This week, our residents worked on Valentine’s Candle Holders, and they turned out absolutely adorable.

A huge thank-you to Celeste Salmons Weber, who continues to amaze us with projects that are perfectly tailored to our residents’ abilities and creativity. She truly has a gift for making every class engaging and meaningful!

Next up: painting and firing! 🔥🎨 Once finished, these beautiful candle holders will be ready just in time for next month, when we’ll be celebrating Love and Friendship together.

Our latest Paint & Sip class was full of creativity, laughter, and beautiful moments! Inspired by our lovely weather and the vibrant beauty of cardinals, our residents truly let their artistic sides shine.

Today we rang in the New Year surrounded by smiles, music, and sweet moments. We were blessed with a special concert by our dearest friend Elizabeth, who filled the room with beautiful melodies and even more beautiful energy. 🎻

Today was extra special at our community 🐴

We were visited by the most amazing group—and their absolutely adorable mini horses! Our residents got the chance to feed them, pet them, and even brush their beautiful hair. Smiles were everywhere, and hearts were completely melted

This holiday season, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. To our beautiful town—thank you for giving our residents a truly special and unforgettable Christmas.

To everyone who supported Adopt a Senior for Christmas, please know that your kindness, generosity, and love were felt deeply. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

And to all the amazing groups who showed up to sing, dance, and spread joy—you brought smiles, laughter, and so much warmth to our halls. The joy you shared will be remembered long after the decorations come down.

There truly are no words to describe how thankful we are to be part of a town with a heart of gold. This is what community looks like—love in action, coming together to make the season brighter for one another.

We are beyond grateful for Pastor Greg, Jim, Jim, and Martha from Sonrise Christian Fellowship Fallbrook. For over a year, they have faithfully shown up with open hearts, bringing joy, faith, and hope to our residents. 🙏

Our weekly devotional has become a special time of connection and encouragement, and we are so blessed to have a wonderful group of residents who look forward to it each week. These moments of reflection, prayer, and togetherness truly make a difference.

Our latest Paint & Sip was full of holiday magic! 🎨

In celebration of the season, our residents took a plain canvas and transformed it into a Christmas present masterpiece 🎁

Some designed their own wrapping-paper-inspired artwork, while others went the extra mile and added a real bow—because why not? It was all about creativity, laughter, and letting imaginations shine.

Safe to say, it was a lot of fun and the results were as unique and wonderful as our residents. We love seeing creativity come to life during the holidays!
