It is a single function, non-enterprise, independent government agency serving a defined geographic area (comprised of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and DeLuz). Vision: Fallbrook Regional Health District will offer and support services and programs that measurably improve physical and mental health, social engagement and increased life span and independence.
