Fallbrook Regional Health District Fallbrook Regional Health District (FRHD) is a local special district.

It is a single function, non-enterprise, independent government agency serving a defined geographic area (comprised of Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and DeLuz). Mission: The Fallbrook Regional Health District assists residents to lead healthy lives, supporting a greater life span and independence. Vision: Fallbrook Regional Health District will offer and support services and programs that measurably improve physical and mental health, social engagement and increased life span and independence. Values: The Fallbrook Regional Health District values dedication, efficiency, integrity, objectivity, prudence, respect, and transparency for all members of our community. Our efforts support our commitment to being an inclusive entity as we continually seek to strengthen our institution as a place for personal and social development.

We had a wonderful event at the Wellness Center this week, hosting the Sheriff’s YANA (You Are Not Alone) Christmas Lunch Program. It was a heartfelt afternoon filled with connection, joy, and holiday spirit.

The Bonsall Sullivan Middle School Advanced Show Choir truly made the day special with their singing, dancing, and festive caroling. They’ve been performing at the YANA luncheon for over 25 years, and their tradition continues to bring smiles to everyone in the room.
