I took a full week off training… and everything in me wanted to feel like I was “falling behind”
But what actually happened felt verrrrry different!!
My body softened
My energy slowly started coming back… and I ended up feeling pretty awesome actually
My motivation didn’t feel forced 💪🏼
It didn’t feel like I lost anything… it felt like I got something back
Which is the very opposite of what we would assume
Now moving again feels very different
Less push… more response… and way more awareness of what my body actually needs!!! Woohoo!!
