Choosing a yoga class doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

And if you’re ever unsure, our teachers are always happy to help guide you.

We’re excited to add a third weekly MELT class 🤍

New at Sage Fallbrook
Tuesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
with Sara Ferrer
MELT Certified | RYT-200

Tight fascia (your body’s connective tissue) can be a root cause of stiffness, aches, and chronic pain. Because fascia weaves through every muscle and joint, when it’s dehydrated or restricted it can limit mobility and leave you feeling stuck.

MELT techniques help rehydrate fascia, improve circulation, and rebalance the nervous system — resulting in less pain, more freedom of movement, and a greater sense of ease in your body.

Current MELT Schedule:
Mondays | 10:30–11:45 AM – Sage Bonsall (Susan)
Tuesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM – Sage Fallbrook (Sara)
Fridays | 4:00–5:15 PM – Sage Bonsall (Susan)

Whether you’re feeling the wear and tear of daily life or simply want to move better, MELT is for every body. Roll it out with us.

Ghosh Yoga: Muscle Control ✨
Explore the foundations of Ghosh Yoga through intelligent sequencing 🧘‍♂️

🗓 Feb 15, 2026
📍 Sage Bonsall w/ guest teacher Justin Greene

When we practice yoga postures, it’s easy to focus on how a pose looks or to chase an ideal shape. Often without realizing it, we try to force the body into a “perfect” expression. When we practice this way, the posture ends up controlling us rather than serving us.

Each posture is actually a specific pattern of muscular contractions and relaxations designed to create particular effects in the body 💪. When the muscles are used correctly, the posture delivers its intended benefits. Depth, flexibility, and outward appearance matter far less than how the body is working.

This shifts the focus from how a posture looks to a more meaningful question: What is the purpose of this posture? 🤔

Yoga is meant to be functional, not performative. The practice should create clear, tangible effects each time we step on the mat. In Ghosh Yoga, the goal is not to make shapes, but to learn how to use the body with intelligence and intention 🌿.

✨ All levels welcome. No prior Ghosh Yoga experience required.
