Begin Counseling provided each therapist on our Clinical Team a copy of “Helping the Helpers” in the days following its release in September. This week we met to review and discuss it together. We each dedicate ourselves to deepening our understanding of the unique experiences of our clientele and pursuing the best practices to most effectively and thoughtfully support them in professional counseling. So much goodness in this book, as you can see in this thoroughly highlighted and dog-eared copy. Missing Valerie and Logan, but they joined us in reading!
