The loveliest addition to the class you already love🙌🏻 Tuesday’s Vinyasa Flow isn’t changing, but we are theming each class for the next 12 weeks! We hope this will add some inspiration, excitement, and intention to your practice♥️ Same as always, 6-7pm every Tuesday with Nikki - with a little flavor mixed in. This Is NOT a series or commitment . Come to one or all 12!

Class will NOT meet on 11/25 or 12/23.

If you have not tried out our Vinyasa Flow, we welcome you always.
