We are so excited to announce our upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training inside Shanti Yoga. To give everyone more insight into our program, we are holding a FREE info session, where we will give you lots of info, required book lists, and tuition options.
We scheduled our info session on March 14th at 10am, and we will be excited to answer any question you can come up with after we present all our info to you.
We begin the teacher training on June 6th and 7th, and will have the full schedule of weekend meetings (generally once monthly) soon!

While this info session is free, it is important that you still sign up to save your spot, as we need the head count to provide an arranged space in our studio. Please sign up ONLINE at:

Our Rooted Sound Bath is scheduled for a Wednesday evening at 6pm..February 11th! Enjoy some self-care in the month of love🌟♥️🙌🏻 We have YEARS of experience so you don’t need any at all. We welcome all new comers, curious hearts, and returning friends. No need to bring anything either, as we set it all up for you, with mats, blankets, etc🙏🏻

The loveliest addition to the class you already love🙌🏻 Tuesday’s Vinyasa Flow isn’t changing, but we are theming each class for the next 12 weeks! We hope this will add some inspiration, excitement, and intention to your practice♥️ Same as always, 6-7pm every Tuesday with Nikki - with a little flavor mixed in. This Is NOT a series or commitment . Come to one or all 12!
