Can residual limb–socket interface pressure measurements meaningfully inform clinical decisions about comfort and fit? This systematic review synthesizes 19 studies and finds that while no consistent pressure thresholds define comfort across activities, higher loading at specific bony regions during dynamic tasks may help differentiate comfortable from uncomfortable socket conditions.
