Your body already knows the way, you just have to listen.

Join us for a Somatic Movement Workshop with Tara!
Tara, who is a movement artist and dancer, leads a gently guided somatic embodiment and movement practice, where creative exercises and embodied explorations lead you back into your body. We listen deeply to the body and move from pure feeling β soft, fierce, flowing, chaotic, or anything in between. Whatever your body wants to express is welcome. Each session becomes a space for co-created movement, honest expression, and letting the body lead.

In Taraβs words:
My work is an exploration of the body as sacred, wild, and wise. Through movement, I guide people to drop out of the mind and into sensation β to dance whatβs been held, release what no longer serves, and make space for new, vibrant energy to flow through. Together, we remember that itβs safe β and deeply empowering β to feel sensual, expressive, alive, and free. A space where this is not only allowed but celebrated. Every session is a mix of soulful movement, somatic release, and playful exploration, where the body becomes both healer and guide. Itβs less about how it looks and more about how it feels β a journey of coming home to yourself through movement, music, and magic. We weave together dance, somatic exploration, and mindfulness, inviting movement from feeling rather than thinking and form. My intention is to help others remember that their movement β slow, wild, soft, or fierce β is all sacred. No dance experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to move and be moved.

Ongoing with Tara!
Every Monday 6-7 pm, join Tara, movement artist and dancer, for a guided somatic embodiment practice filled with creative exercises and fluid, intuitive movement. We tune in, move from pure feeling, soft, fierce, flowing, chaotic, and let whatever the body wants to express be fully welcome.
A co-created space for release, honesty, and movement that leads itself.
All bodies welcome!
