Yoga on the beach. Monday thru Friday 9:15 am til 10 am. Come join us. 7 years I have been enjoying my day friends as we breathe stretch stay mindful and present doing different poses using straps tennis balls and somatic releases. Always different. Any age any level. Private classes available in other locations as well.

It’s now that time to sign up for the retreat with only a few spaces available. It’s going to be an intense self discovery weekend retreat. April 11 Friday 4-8 pm April 12 10 am- 5 pm then 7-9 pm and April 13 11 am - 2 pm work book included lunch and snacks included with a pot luck dinner on Saturday 5-7 pm.
