She has a BS in nutrition and is constantly learning.. to nourish the WARRIOR in her and to share and encourage the Warrior in her clients. Sue has owned studios and has over 25 yrs of experience and of training. Additional trainings TO 500 RYT include ( but totally not limited to !!) BALANCED ATHLETE , Yoga Shred, Nutritious Movement , CLIR ( clinically informed and restorative yoga) , Meditation, Yin, Nidra, dance .It is PASSION that has always and always will drive Sue to teach , share, learn. She operates with complete compassion and with a lighthearted , fun and funky vibe. She feels everyone should feel comfortable and like a tribe coming together every-time we meet. She has trained with the ABSOLUTE BEST . She teaches virtually and in Metro west, Cape Cod. She profoundly feels we are all WONDERS and looks to nourish, support , and encourage well being in BODY MIND AND SPIRIT οΏ½
