TRUE or FALSE: Rotator cuff tears always need surgery? 🤔
❌ FALSE — and this is one of the most common misconceptions we see in the clinic!
Many people with rotator cuff tears — even full thickness ones — recover successfully without ever going under the knife. The right physical therapy program can restore strength, reduce pain, and get you back to doing what you love.
Surgery isn't always the answer. A proper evaluation is the best place to start. 👇

Everyone, meet Hank! 🐾 Madi's 6-month-old boy is a one-of-a-kind mix — Pit Bull, Rottweiler, American Bulldog, and just a little Poodle for good measure. 🐩😄
His hobbies include eating, going on walks, and making instant friends wherever he goes. We'd say he fits right in around here! 🖤

🧊 Ice vs Heat 🔥 — Which should you use?
Both ice and heat can help manage pain, but they’re used for different reasons.
❄️ Ice is often best for swelling, inflammation, or pain after activity.
🔥 Heat is often best for muscle tightness, stiffness, and chronic aches.
Neither one “fixes” an injury, they help reduce symptoms so you can move more comfortably and recover properly.
