We are a local, therapist owned out-patient physical therapy clinic, providing highly skilled evidence-based practices in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Conveniently located in West Falmouth across from the Hannaford Shopping Center, just off exit 53 of the Maine Turnpike. We provide the highest quality, individualized care in the Portland area. In offering out patient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy, we offer the the following programs:
-Spine rehabilitation, surgical and nonsurgical
-Post surgical rehabilitation for shoulder, knee, hip, ankle and hand/wrist/elbow
-Lower extremity biomechanical assessments and postural assessments
-Running assessments including video analysis, footwear analysis
-Casting for custom orthotics
-Graston Technique
-Manual therapies including Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, Mulligan Concept Mobilizations, Strain/Counterstrain
-Postural restoration and Myokinematic Restoration
-Progressive functional strength programs including speed/agility training
-Yamuna Body Rolling
-Kinesiotaping
-Post-concussive rehabilitation
-Neurodynamics
-Vestibular rehabilitation including repositioning techniques
-Balance and fall prevention
-Pre and Post-partum treatment

🧊 Ice vs Heat 🔥 — Which should you use?

Both ice and heat can help manage pain, but they’re used for different reasons.

❄️ Ice is often best for swelling, inflammation, or pain after activity.

🔥 Heat is often best for muscle tightness, stiffness, and chronic aches.

Neither one “fixes” an injury, they help reduce symptoms so you can move more comfortably and recover properly.
