🫶 Spending time with others is vital for caregivers. It offers a much needed break from routine and can be a vital source of emotional nourishment. 💫 If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please join us for Sip•Snack•Paint!

🎨 Join us for a relaxing evening as we raise our brushes in support of our local *Hope Warriors* group, local caregivers, cancer survivors, and those who continue fighting the battle. 💜

Those interested must pre-register by calling 859-654-3395. A $10 registration fee is required for each participant.

What an absolute honor to be awarded the Spirit of Public Health mini grant from Three Rivers District Health Department! Impromptu picture today with the “big check!” Super grateful for the generosity so we’re able to provide our survivors and caregivers with the best support group we possibly can!

Next Hope Warriors meeting is Tuesday January 28th at Pendleton County Extension Office at 5pm.

Our very own Miranda Spangler Geers will be performing a sound bath for us; a technique she has connected with through our group to practice self care and to help others with relaxation as well. 🤍

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Tonya Sweigart, who was the driving force behind the creation of this group. Without her, Hope Warriors wouldn’t exist.

Her unwavering determination to ensure this group's success was a beacon of inspiration, and her infectious positivity about life was truly remarkable.

Hope Warriors will go on in her honor. We will continue to love and support those around us who battle cancer daily and their caregivers.

We ask that you please add Tonya’s husband, children, grandchildren and the rest of her family and friends to your thoughts and prayers today and in the coming days and weeks as they prepare to lay her to rest.

We will miss you.
