📍 Falmouth, MI | 1 Part-Time (30 hours) available and 1 Full-Time (40 hours) available.
🏡 Quiet Creek AFC / Quiet Creek East
We’re a family-owned adult foster care home urgently looking for dependable, caring team members!
🕒 Shifts:
Midnight shifts 11pm - 9am or 11pm - 7am
Every other weekend & holidays is required
💰 Competitive Pay: Base rate + $2.00 shift differential (after training is completed)
✅ PTO after 6 months
✅ Training provided
✅ Experience helpful – but not required
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Prepare meals and cook
Housekeeping duties
Dispense medications accurately and chart in MAR
Assist with resident activities

Qualifications:
Must be caring, dependable, and self-motivated
Good communication skills
Conduct yourself in a professional manner (no drama or gossip)
Maintain HIPPA requirements
Ability to pass a State of Michigan background check
Willing/able to obtain:
CPR & First Aid Certification
TB skin test
Pre-employment finger printing
Pre-employment physical

The phrase 'It's not about what you know, but who you know' was exemplified today at Quiet Creek AFC. We were fortunate to have Richard Wells visit our facility with his horses, Evelyn and Molly, and his carriage, offering our residents genuine Mackinaw Island Horse and Carriage rides. With a long history of providing horse-drawn carriage rides on Mackinaw Island, dating back to 1964, Richard's expertise created a memorable experience. The carriage (build in 1903 in New York) which has been in use on the island for 110 years and was originally owned by one of the Stroh brothers, founders of Stroh Brewing Company, added a nostalgic element to the event. We are grateful to Richard and his wife Linda, who resides with us, for sharing this experience with us.
