We provide evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These highly structured, goal oriented approaches enable our clients to achieve maximal treatment gains in the most timely and cost effective manner. of our adult, adolescent, and child clients as well as their family members. We provide individual, group, family, home-based, and intensive therapy.
