Andy’s taking on the Boston Marathon this April to support his mom, Eileen, who is living with ALS. Eileen ran the Boston Marathon in the 1980s, and Andy wants to follow in her footsteps to honor her incredible courage.

“My mom has faced this diagnosis with more strength, positivity, and grace than I ever could have imagined. But in addition to the support of family and friends, CCALS has been a true lifeline,” Andy says.

We are thrilled to have Louis running the Boston Marathon for CCALS for a second year! Louis runs in memory of the incredible perseverance and strength of his father, David, and the support his family received from CCALS during David’s journey.

“He [David] motivated me to run my first marathon, and I am running again to honor him,” Louis shares.
