Looking for inspiration? (Part 1) As I was driving home today, I thought of one friend in particular whose courage, strength and tenacity helped her through one of the toughest fights of her life.

Talk about inspiring!

She is 5 years post breast cancer and is thriving! This amazing woman has a can-do attitude and a fighting spirit. I think her courage and fearless approach to every aspect of her life will inspire you too!
She rallies family, friends, coworkers and other cancer survivors and has raised thousands of dollars competing and inspiring others to join the race to find a cure.
She is living her best life, moment by moment and not missing out on the beauty of the simple things.
I am grateful to know her and blessed to have her in my life. May we all inspire each other like my friend Lisa.

Did you know that dancing 💃🏻 can be good for your skin? Let me explain…
I have a patient that enters my office with a tune and we always dance into the treatment room. We have a shared love of music and moving our bodies.
Who can turn down a dance party? Not me!
I love music and share this with my brother Jono. Since we were teens we have shared the joy that listening to music brings into our lives.
We went to see my favorite musician together and he actually shares the same birthday with my brother. (The concert was EPIC by the way.)
And guess what? They both just had a birthday: September 23rd.
Who’s my favorite?
Bruce Springsteen!
Soooo… how does all this pertain to our skin?
When you dance and listen to music you release stress from your body and your energy starts to pump and create joy.
When stress is released and your body relaxes it rejuvenates your body, mind and soul.
It begins to Renew, Repair and Refresh your skin too!!
