Pulled my cards for 2026 this morning with the energy of the full moon around me. 2025 was focused on alignment- in my business, in my relationships, and in connection to my own Self energy. I shed what no longer served me and called in deep healing and professional growth. I spent 9 transformative months working with internal family systems, chakras, and legacy burdens under the expert guidance of IFS goddess Kay Gardner. During the fall I completed a training for ICF-certified coaches through the IFS Institute and in November I joined a cohort with Bob Falconer to explore the fascinating realm of unattached burdens and IFS. ✨🪄 Now in 2026 I am ready for ALIGNED ACTION. Bringing my learnings to my coaching clients, launching new content with and exploring the world with our BSC wellness retreats. 2026 here I come! Who’s coming with me?? spiritualguidance

I always invite my IFS clients to visualize a place that evokes a feeling of spaciousness so they can access Self energy. Today, as I was walking a beach filled with my best childhood memories, it occurred to me- this is what Self feels like- calm and connected to my soul’s journey. And then a few steps later I found a styrofoam heart on the sand because love is always around us when we pay attention 🩷✨
