Undyed Alpine wool sauna hat — naturally dark beige and black, not dyed, water washed only.

In Denver, infrared is what your body asks for after the mountain, after the cold, after everything you pushed through.

Your body does not switch off in the sauna. It feels everything. Undyed Alpine wool insulates, slows the heat on your head, and adds nothing.

You will find a dry blade of grass in this wool sometimes. I leave it. That is how you know.

Most sauna hats are synthetic felt or chemically dyed wool. At 150°F with pores fully open, that's the one variable he hasn't optimized yet.
