Happy International Women’s Day, beautiful souls. 🌿✨

Today I’m honoring the sacred power that lives within every woman 💖 the quiet strength, the wild wisdom, the nurturing heart, and the deep intuitive knowing that has been passed down through generations.

As a healer, I have the privilege of witnessing women remember who they truly are. I see the moment when they reconnect with their inner voice, reclaim their sovereignty, and step back into their power. There is something ancient and sacred about women gathering in circle, sharing stories, holding space for one another, and remembering that we were never meant to walk this path alone.

To every woman who is healing, growing, breaking cycles, nurturing others, and still finding the courage to nurture herself…I see you.

Your journey is sacred.

Here at Earthly Essence, my heart’s work is to create spaces where women can return to themselves, to the wisdom of the earth, the rhythm of their bodies, and the voice of their spirit.

And that is exactly what the upcoming Empower Your Inner Goddess: 5th Annual Women’s Yoga & Wellness Retreat 2026 is about: remembering.

Remembering our power. Remembering our connection. Remembering the divine feminine that lives within us all.

My core shamanism students will be offering free healings on April 4th & April 12th.. One option will be at 10 AM and one option will be at 11 AM. If you are interested in signing up, please send me a message and we can chat more about what this entails as well as schedule your session. Below is a little bit more information about the training. The students have gone through as well as what a healing may entail.

Over the past year, the students have been learning how to journey with their power animals and utilizing the knowledge and wisdom gained to not only heal their own shadows, but also interweaving the wisdom into the lives of their loved ones as well as the world around them.

They spent the first six months of the training learning about the medicine wheel and how to heal their own shadows through the wheel. Through the healing of their shadows, they also learned how to call in their own power and light energy so that they can use this knowledge and wisdom to help guide others in their healing as well.

During the second six months of training, they learned the tools and practices necessary to become a shamanic practitioner. These practices include work in divination, protection, cleansing, chakra balancing, extracting of intrusive energies, psychopomp work and mediumship, as well as soul retrieval work, where they are able to return last parts of someone’s soul that may have left due to a traumatic event. They can ask for your power animal and bring back messages for you that you may need to aid you on your spiritual journey. Depending what spirit says you need at this time you may receive one of the services listed above or a mirriad. It is really whatever spirit tells the practitioner you are in need of that day.

This is a free event so that my students can practice what they have been learning over the past year. However, tips are encouraged as this type of work does take a lot of energy. I also offer these trainings every year and will be beginning another round in May so if you are interested in learning yourself, please mention that as well.

Today was my first time hosting a drum making workshop and it was such a beautiful experience 🌱🌎♥️

This is a collaborative experience with Cassie of Earthly Essence + Karly of High Water Healing by Karly Kalstad holding space together for deep transformation.

Each month, we gather in an intimate, held container to explore the parts of the heart & subconscious that have quietly shaped patterns, beliefs, & ways of being that no longer serve.

Through hiking, swimming, kayaking, reflective rest, & nourishing farm-to-table meals, the land becomes part of the medicine, supporting both release + integration.

I had the most beautiful time gathering in ceremony to honor and celebrate the Winter Solstice with such a soulful, heart-centered community surrounding me ❄️✨

The Winter Solstice Ceremony & Gathering was truly magical. Coming together on the longest night of the year to slow down, reflect, and honor the return of the light felt deeply nourishing. We created space to turn inward, rest, release what no longer serves us, and plant gentle intentions for the season ahead while embracing the stillness and wisdom of winter 🌙🕯️

Thank you to everyone who joined and shared their energy, presence, and hearts. I’m so grateful for this beautiful community 🙏✨
