CrossFit Fargo is looking for a leader.
We are not seeking someone who simply wants to coach more classes. We are seeking a foundational leader to take the helm of our Coaching Development and Member Success Systems.
This is a career-track leadership position focused on running our largest community group classes, refining the original CrossFit standard across our team, and utilizing a prescriptive method to ensure our members are progressing and thriving.
Your Mission:
Mentoring and developing our coaches so they can support all members of every ability progress at the degree they are at while still being included in the community.
Guardian of the Member Experience: Overseeing on boarding, progress tracking, and retention.
Standard Bearer: Enforcing technical excellence and scaling methodology (Scale the degree, not the type).
Community Champion: Collaborating on large events and outreach.
