Our Quality, Infection, and Learning Coordinators recently attended the AHCA/NCAL Delivering Solutions 2025 Conference to accept the Silver Award in Quality on behalf of St. Catherine North and St. Catherine South. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication, and grateful to have them represent St. Catherine in receiving these outstanding honors! Hereโs what they had to say about the experience:
Chelsea Ertelt, St. Catherine North
"I am feeling so proud and grateful to have attended the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo 2025 to officially accept our Silver Award in Quality! This recognition represents our facilityโs Achievement in Quality. It is a direct reflection of our facility's ongoing commitment to learning, developing effective approaches, and improving performance and health care outcomes to provide the best possible care for our residents. .
The convention was an inspiring experience, full of collaboration with other facilities that have been awarded a quality award, learning, and celebrating how far long-term care and assisted living have come!
It was wonderful connecting with others who share the same passion for quality, leadership, and making a difference every day. Iโm excited to bring back new ideas and continue supporting our residents, families, and amazing staff."
Samantha Anderson, St. Catherine South
"It was an honor to represent St. Catherine South as we were recognized for the Silver Achievement in Quality at the AHCA/NCAL Delivering Solutions 2025 Conference! My experience at the conference was both educational and uplifting.
The sessions offered practical strategies and innovative ideas to enhance quality of care, staff engagement, and organizational performance. It was inspiring to collaborate with professionals from across the country and fellow members of the SMP Health team who share a deep commitment to advancing quality care.
I left feeling energized to bring fresh strategies back to our team at St. Catherine, continuing our commitment to excellence and to those we serve. Iโm eager to apply what I learned to strengthen our mission and further enhance resident outcomes.
Iโm grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many passionate individuals in the long-term and post-acute care community."
