The holidays are done, the decorations are packed away, and real life is back with full speed ahead.😅

Parenting is amazing, but it can also feel like a lot, especially after a busy season. If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just trying to find your rhythm again, you are not alone. Taking care of yourself does not have to be a big thing. Even small moments like a quiet cup of coffee, a deep breath, or a short walk can help reset the day.😌

And remember, it is okay to ask for help. At Encompass Family Support Services, we are here to support families navigate all the stages of early childhood. You are doing your best, and that is more than enough!

At around 2 months, your baby is already taking in so much of the world around them. You might catch them tracking a moving toy with their eyes, locking eyes with you across the room, or staring at a black and white picture like it’s the most interesting thing they’ve ever seen. These little moments are actually big signs of early brain development. Simple things like talking to your baby, smiling back at them, or holding up high contrast images during playtime can go a long way.

Every baby grows at their own pace, and noticing these small wins is worth celebrating

At around 2 months, little ones are reaching exciting milestones—moving arms and legs, lifting their heads during tummy time, and turning from side to side. Every wiggle and stretch is a step toward growth and discovery.
