personal trainer, and 235 hour yoga instructor- this program

What has Dr. Amanda been up to this October?

Dr. Amanda was so honored to get to attend a DONA International Postpartum Doula Training with The Indigenous Association in Fargo alongside those who identify as and serve the indigenous community here in North Dakota. This was an amazing way to learn about caring for all those during their postpartum but also discuss different , , and traditions across different tribal communities here in North Dakota.

We cannot wait to begin providing doula services as Dr. Amanda continues her doula training!

Today, we celebrate and recognize the Indigenous population and honor the culture and traditions of all Indigenous People around the world. The more we share our culture and stories with the world, the more we can find common ground with others, allowing inclusion and connection. Happy Indigenous Peoples’ Day!
