tummy tamer truths🦁 and a tip at the end! (From
sheila)
Before I started I was not feeling good mentally or physically.
💥 I committed to this because it was •mindless• and I needed that.
4 products. 3 steps. No other changes (dietary or exercise).
1. Probiotic is easy. First thing in the morning. Empty stomach. Make sure the bottle stays sealed tight. Fine.
2. A few hours later, mix complete collagen + complete prebiotic together for one drink. Very light in flavor. It was “okay”. Had a little fibrous texture. Didn’t LOVE it like a Dr Pepper 0, but I’ll push through. 😝
3. Digestive aid. Versatile. Really tart. Around a meal. Optimal beforehand, but during or after is fine, too.
Logbook Week 1.
🎉 I didn’t notice much the first week, EXCEPT I felt better. Mental clarity. I was UP doing things, like talking to people, going to the store, working my biz, picking up the house —- instead of laying in bed all day until time to pick up the kids.
I also noticed a bag of Ghirardelli’s caramel chocolate on the counter and didn’t even want one. 🤨
Hmmmm.
No weight loss.
🎉 Logbook Week 2 and 3, more of the same.
Feeling good.
Decreased cravings.
Sleep was so good.
My clothes seemed to be fitting better—- forgot to measure, dangit.
NO SCALE movement.
I should’ve been disappointed, but wasn’t because of how good I felt. Satisfied with that.
Week 4, I decided to take a photo, just in case. Holy shinoli! MELTING. How is the scale not moving?!?
Oh well! Who cares?!?
Well… sometime between weeks 4-6, the scale decided to move. It’s still fluctuating: but I’m down about 7-9 pounds total.
So: just these four products (+my stinky xr2 whenever I remember it) no diet or exercise changes, six weeks.
I’m glad I stuck it out.
Healing your gut takes time.
Allow it.
You’ll be so glad you did.
If you are 30 days in and feeling gassy or bloated or irritable: TRY doing half the prebiotic for a few days. It’s VERY robust and each body is different! Talk to us! 🫶🏼
