Those circles you see are from cupping therapy, and they’re one of my favorite tools for helping the body release deep tension.

Cupping gently lifts the tissue instead of pressing down like traditional massage. That suction helps increase circulation, loosen tight muscles, and move out stagnation that can cause soreness and stiffness.

One of the most common things I hear after a session is,
“I slept so good that night.”

And it’s not a coincidence.
