Goodbye September, hello October!
This upcoming month Is full of exciting events in my life! I am kicking off October with a 31 day social media cleanse- thank you to my beautiful friend and accountability partner David Triptowfor challenging me to go deeper in my self care practice. I am looking forward to the positive benefits that unplugging will have on my management of CPTSD and Fibromyalgia. I will also be continuing my training in reiki level 3 as I work towards my master certification. This will be an incredible opportunity to expand my journey of healing. Last, but not least, it’s my birthday month! I turn 29 & Fine on October 24th. My birthday wish this year is to have my mailbox flooded with hand written letters of your favorite memories of us together- DM via messenger if you would like my mailing address! I’m not always sure what will come out of a spirit art session, especially when I am creating a piece for a loved one. Art is vulnerable and it can be scary to present to outside observers who are momentarily looking in. I am thankful for this opportunity to expand my process as an artist as each piece is a gift to knowing one’s self deeper. Our greatest hurts are life’s most valuable lessons.
