Start the year out with gentle movement, sound, and connection. Bring a friend and set a tone of Wellness together for 2026! No experience needed, all class items provided. You only need to reserve, arrive, and settle in on the mat. We'll lead you through the rest with gentle instruction and soothing sound. In the winter, this class is held by candlelight. 🕯️🧘‍♀️ We look forward to seeing you soon!

Yoga comes to the Resonance Studio!
Join instructor, Karsyn with Daily Moves Yoga and Training, as we flow through a vinyasa class for all levels. While building a strong foundation in each pose by incorporating balance and breath, we will work with intention to connect the mind, body, and soul. We're in the Resonance studio so of course there will be the soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls throughout class to support your flow. BYO yoga mat, all abilities welcome!

🎶 Middle School SELebration Studio Highlight! 🎶

During our last round of middle school studios, learners in the SELebration Studio participated in a Sound Bath experience led by Jennifer Olson of Resonance Sound Healing. Learners practiced regulating their nervous system by listening to Himalayan singing bowls — and even had the chance to play the bowls themselves! 🌟🧘‍♀️

Himalayan singing bowls are overtone instruments. Their complex sounds help the body and mind enter a calm and peaceful state of rest, supporting overall relaxation and well-being.
