A gentle reminder that kindness isn’t only something we give to others — it’s something we must extend to ourselves, too.

Try speaking to yourself the way you’d talk to someone you love:
💬 “It’s okay to rest.”
💬 “I’m proud of how far I’ve come.”
💬 “I deserve peace, not perfection.”

Then share that kindness outward: Hold the door for someone, check on a friend, offer encouragement, or simply smile.
