For the third year, Jimena has been selected to present internationally on mental health, this year at the Mediterranean Region Counselors Annual Conference in Seville, Spain.

Jimena works with teens, adults, and professionals, supporting clients as they navigate complex and often overlapping challenges. She brings a compassionate, empowering approach to therapy and is especially attentive to how personal, cultural, and social identity experiences shape mental health.

As this year comes to a close, 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙚𝙚.

Grief. Growth. Unfinished healing. Quiet resilience. And hope — even if it feels fragile.

If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in moments of honesty, courage, and choosing support when you don’t have all the answers yet.

𝗗𝗖:𝟬–𝟱™ is a developmentally informed, relationship-based approach designed to support the mental health & emotional well-being of infants & young children — ages 0-3 years. (Stands for "Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health & Development Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood.")

This approach focuses on how young children experience the world ... through relationships, regulation, attachment & early emotional development.

It may be helpful if your child:
