If you know him, you know he’s always on the move. And if you don’t, now you do.😆 When Zach’s not at Bodyworks, you’ll find him working out, hiking and exploring, playing intramural sports, or spending time with friends and family. Staying active isn’t just a hobby for him — it’s part of who he is, and it shows in how he approaches patient care. He specializes in orthopedic care, post-surgical and sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, lower body dry needling, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. What makes Bodyworks special to Zach? “I really enjoy my coworkers and having the freedom to practice as a PT in a fun environment where I can keep growing.” The most rewarding part of his job? “Helping people of all ages reach their therapy goals and seeing real changes in how they move and live day to day.”

Zach’s go-to health tip: take a mile-long walk every day.

What drives him most: “Giving people hope and empowering them to make positive changes in their life when it comes to movement and pain."

We’re proud of our team for spending time volunteering at Feed My Starving Children this week. Together, we packed 216 boxes, helped prepare 46,656 meals, and made an impact that will help feed 127 children for an entire year. It’s always meaningful to step outside the clinic and serve in a different way. Grateful for a team that cares deeply about our community, both inside and outside of Bodyworks.

If you already know her, you know how special she is! If you don’t yet… meet Sara Metzger, PT, DPT 👋

When she’s not in the clinic, Sara loves spending time with family and traveling. What makes Bodyworks her favorite place to work? The relationships she builds with her patients. And the most meaningful part of her job? Making a real difference in the lives of the people she meets every day. She specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic and spinal issues, post-surgical rehab, complex shoulder pain, pelvic health, pregnancy-related concerns, headaches, and neurologic conditions, using techniques like the McKenzie Method, soft tissue mobilization, and kinesiology taping. Her simple advice for better health: move your body in some way every single day.

And a quote that perfectly sums her up: “Those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.” – Booker T. Washington

We’re excited to kick off our Provider Spotlight series with Sara and share more about the incredible people behind your care. Stay tuned for more team highlights coming soon.
