All month long we’ve shared simple, effective stretches to help you move easier and feel stronger, from hamstrings and hips to calves and chest. These small daily habits can make a big difference in keeping your body mobile, balanced, and pain-free. Stretch of the Week #5: Pec Stretch

Open up that chest and improve your posture with this simple pec stretch! Stand in a doorway, place your forearm or hand on the frame, and gently lean your chest forward. You’ll feel a nice stretch across your chest and shoulder. Hold for 20–30 seconds per side. Great for anyone who spends hours at a desk or looking down at a phone.

Thank you for stretching with us during October! Which one is your favorite?

Stretch of the Week #4: Calf Stretch 🦶

Tight calves can sneak up on you, especially if you spend a lot of time walking, running, or even just standing. To stretch them out, stand facing a wall with your hands placed for support. Step one foot back, keeping your heel down and knee straight. Lean forward gently until you feel the stretch in your calf. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.

A simple stretch that keeps you moving comfortably from the ground up!
