Erin is originally from Casselton and graduated from North Dakota State University. When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her reading a good book, golfing, traveling, or spending time with friends and family.

What we love most about Erin is her heart for helping others feel their best and reach their highest potential. She’s passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, and we know our patients are going to feel that from the moment they meet her!

After a long winter, it’s normal to feel a little more stiff, low on energy, or out of your usual routine. This is the perfect time to check in with your body and start adding in small habits that support how you want to feel.

Think more movement, getting outside when you can, and being a little more mindful of your posture throughout the day!

You don’t need an all-or-nothing reset. Just a few simple shifts can help you start feeling better from the inside out.
