With over 5 years of experience in chiropractic care, Stef is so much more than an incredible office director — she’s a genuine advocate for whole-body wellness! Her love for chiropractic comes from personal experience after a severe car accident, where regular adjustments helped relieve her pain and restore her quality of life. She’s also overcome lifelong migraines and dizziness through consistent care, completely transforming her health journey.
