We’re growing and looking to add several Occupational Therapists to our pediatric team in Fargo & Grand Forks.
We currently have 75+ children on our waitlist and are expanding thoughtfully.

What we offer:

✔️ 40 hours guaranteed
✔️ $34–$42/hour based on experience
✔️ 3-month structured mentorship (great for new grads)
✔️ Flexible scheduling — many therapists choose a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
✔️ Clinic hours typically between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
✔️ No weekends
✔️ ND & MN licensure fees covered
✔️ CEU reimbursement
✔️ $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days)

Most therapists build to a full caseload within about 8–10 weeks, with full income guaranteed during that time.

Twist, match, and create! Our therapists enjoy implementing many fine motor activities into their sessions, and this one specifically we are highlighting today! Following the pattern guide and matching each color helps build attention to detail, motor planning, and hand strength.
