Our Story

Fargo Elim has been providing care in the Fargo-Moorhead area for over 50 years. Fargo Elim offers a Health Center setting, as well as an Assisted Living and the Elim Children’s Center.

When illness or aging necessitates care outside the home, Fargo Elim Assisted Living offers the independence of your own apartment, with the convenience of extra assistance when needed. A secure, friendly environment, Pioneer House joins the rest of the Fargo Elim campus as an Eden Alternative facility, offering spontaneity and carefree living. With full meal service, 24-hour medical care and friendly assistance with daily tasks, Pioneer House is a prime favorite for seniors. With Fargo Elim Health Center right next door, residents at Pioneer House also have access to comprehensive rehabilitation therapies, including excellent physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Fargo Elim Health Center is a skilled nursing facility that is able to provide 24-hour nursing care. Our professional caregivers develop a care plan tailored to meet each individual’s needs. That plan includes social and spiritual care as well as the health care services needed to maximize our residents’ comfort, security, and well-being. Our resident-centered environment offers a continuum of quality care with compassion and innovation. Our specialized rehabilitation unit offers residents physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies six days a week. Through these services, residents work to regain confidence in their physical strength, fine motor functions and speech abilities while working with professional therapists.

Fargo Elim Children’s Center (ECC) serves children age 18 months through preschool in a caring early learning environment. ECC offers a complete preschool program in addition to childcare for no additional fee. Our complete preschool program assures parents that their child will be ready for kindergarten. Preparation for kindergarten happens through Innovations, a curriculum for early childhood which is used in each of the three classrooms.
