hi pals!! 👋🏻
it seems as though 2025 (&& 2024) have simultaneously flown by yet lasted a lifetime. it will forever be an era that has tested my growth and strength - personally and professionally. i could not be more grateful for those who have rode this wild ride with me - it came with a LOT of change and growing pains. i truly thank you for your loyalty, love && continued support for the business. 💛
if there’s anything this season has taught me it would be that you cannot do everything at once. however, i continue to strive to bring development to the business each year. i plan to lean into 2026 with optimism, creativity && forward momentum.
ON DECK for 2026 🤩
• i will continue my OG and most beloved work as a massage therapist
• with the opportunity from Rise Studio - i will also continue my passion for bodywork through yoga as well pilates (as a FRESHLY certified mat pilates instructor 🫡 !!)
• it is my hope to integrate health coaching into the business via online courses and/or 1:1 session(s)
• most importantly i want to listen to YOU! if you have interest in coaching, massage, online fitness classes//etc. please reach OUT! this business is built to serve YOU && i’d love your input for the future of sago palm 🫶🏼
