This week, the Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation and Building Industry Association of the RRV boards came together for a joint meeting focused on collaboration, strategy and the future of our industry.

โœจ Highlights include:
๐Ÿ”น A fresh new name and logo for the Foundation (to be unveiled in January!)
๐Ÿ”น New initiatives to support workforce development
๐Ÿ”น Advocacy wins and member engagement strategies
๐Ÿ”น A renewed commitment to working together for greater impact

๐ŸŒŸEarlier this week we were honored to host the Past Leadership Social!๐ŸŒŸ

This group of attendees is made up of BIA and HBC Foundation past presidents and longtime builder and associate leaders who worked tirelessly on association and foundation activities, events, and advocacy. Each of them made a lasting impact on both organizations in the industry. We were thrilled to be able to catch up, and we look forward to hosting many more socials quarterly for this amazing group of individuals. We hope those who were unable to attend are able to catch the next one!

It was a great time for everyone to get together and reconnect on ways to give back to the industry that gave them their livelihood!

Cheers to another successful BIA Golf Outing filled with fun, prizes and great company!

Congrats to ๐‚๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ง, whose ball landed closest to the hole in our Great Ball Drop!

๐‘๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ took home the HBC prize, a cooler packed full of goodies! (Thanks to Steve Schall for picking it up for her!)

Huge thanks to our dedicated HBC volunteers for their support and involvement throughout the outing. A special shoutout to ๐ƒ๐š๐ง ๐๐ž๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ for holding things down at the HBC hole all day long!
