Hair length for your wax has a direct impact on the quality of the wax and if the hair can actually stick to the wax.

The requirement is the length of the grain of rice. If the hair is not long enough the appointment can not happen. There will be a charge of 50% of the service, that must be paid before booking your next appointment.

A question that is tale as old as time...Can I work out after my wax?

Short answer please wait...here my reasons to back it up.

Your wax pulls the hair from the roots leaving tiny little micro abrasions to the skin. These need time to heal and should be treated carefully. Sweat carries a lot of bacteria and can cause irritation to the open pores.

Many clothes that are wore during workouts tend to be tight to the skin. Which creates a breeding ground for the bacteria to sit on the skin. Combined with the body heat created during a workout and tight clothes creates the perfect environment.

What about light movement...still hold off. Any movement is going to create excessive clothing to skin or skin on skin friction. Use this time to relax and give some self care or maybe turn on your favorite show at the moment.
