Infared vs Traditional Saunas:

The simple difference: Infared heats you from the inside out. Traditional (electric or wood fired) heats you from the outside in.

We chose traditional at Immersion because it can get to hotter temperatures which gets you all the great benefits but in about half the time as infrared, users tend to sweat more which means more purging of all the yuk from your skin, there are many more long terms studies proving its effects, and it just feels good getting that all over immersive heat!

It's not about being hardcore. To benefit from cold plunge you DON'T:

▪need to push to the max time.
▪need to be an athlete.
▪need to be tough.
▪need to prove anything.

Getting into cold water is about feeling your stress response rise then using your brain to overcome until you feel your stress lower. No max time needed. No perfect body needed. Just you, doing something good for you, in the way that feels good to you.

After a sauna session, when I lay in bed my body feels like a wet noodle. No tension, just calm and deeply relaxed. I sleep without tossing and turning and without waking. It's amazing!!!

A good night sleep changes EVERYTHING! What if you slept great every night? How would that change your day? More energy, better mood, improved immune system, better focus.....
