Please welcome Karen, Accounts Receivable Associate
Karen lives in West Fargo with her 2 daughters. Karen joins Inspired with over 20 years of experience and a vast knowledge of medical billing, patient financial counseling services, verification of benefits and many other aspect in the medical billing world. Karen is also HIPAA certified.
When asked what makes her excited about joining the Inspired team; "I am excited to start a new chapter! I love meeting new people, learning all sorts of new things and being part of a new family."

Happy Giving Hearts Day 2026!!
Our amazing staff at Inspired Billing & Credentialing Services have each nominated two charities to send donations to on Giving Hearts Day 2026! We put them all in a bucket and the following charities were chosen:

As we say goodbye to 2025, we reflect on a year full of lessons, humility, growth, and success.

When the two of us put our heads together to create our pros and cons list of starting this business in late 2023, even we didn't imagine all that we've been blessed with in two short years.

Thank you to the best team in the business! Being able to bring the four of you to the Inspired team is the most important thing we have done to date. We are so proud of your perseverance, knowledge and endless work ethic!

We are excited to announce our newest team member at Inspired Billing and Credentialing Services!!
Please welcome Brigid, Accounts Receivable Associate
Brigid lives in West Fargo with her husband, daughter and two fur babies. Brigid joins Inspired with a vast knowledge of medical billing, working claim denials, great customer services and the love for the complexity and investigatory aspects of medical billing. Brigid is also HIPAA certified.
When asked what makes her excited about joining the Inspired team; "I'm excited to work with such an amazing group of experienced team members."
When not working Brigid enjoys hanging out with her family, as well as reading, art and nature.

We absolutely love what we do every single day. Hearing from our clients that they are happy and thriving is so fulfilling. Seeing a surprise like this on my doorstep was such a great feeling and reminds us that all the late nights and hard work is so, so worth it. We are excited to announce our newest team member at Inspired Billing and Credentialing Services!!

Please welcome Ari, Accounts Associate

Ari lives in Moorhead with her husband and best friend Elias and they have four fur babies. Ari joins Inspired with over 15 years of experience in various healthcare roles including; FSA/HSA, prior authorizations, medical billing, provider enrollment and credentialing. Ari is also HIPAA certified and brings a high level of knowledge of working claim denials, communicating with patients and strong customer service skills.
When asked what makes her excited about joining the Inspired team; "I've spent years in corporate America, and its very refreshing to come into a new company that has a great reputation for excellence as Inspired. I felt at home immediately upon meeting with Kelli and Christi and knew I would be joining something amazing. I can already tell they value quality over quantity"
When not working Ari is an avid reader, concert going and hockey fan!
