We are excited to announce that we have a new therapist joining Chrysalis!

Linsey Culkins is a dedicated mental health therapist who values modern, evidence-based approaches to fostering behavior change in individuals and families. She believes trauma-informed care is essential in any treatment setting, ensuring a compassionate and supportive therapeutic experience.

Linsey earned her counseling degree from MSUM in 2024 and began her career working with college students. She holds a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and also utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in her practice to support clients in processing trauma and building emotional resilience. As a mother of two, she understands the complexities of family dynamics and is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with resilience and growth.

In her free time, Linsey enjoys staying active through ballroom dancing and martial arts.

Linsey has immediate openings for all ages and takes BCBS and Sanford insurance. Contact Jennie at Chrysalis 701-809-5370 to reschedule.

For the first time, ND has a labyrinth walk on World Labyrinth Day.

Who should walk? You! Your family, friends, children.

What is a labyrinth? Labyrinths are an ancient archetype used for thousands of years by numerous cultures across the world.

Why walk? On 5/2/2026 people all over the world walk in celebration and to meditate on peace. To walk the labyrinth can decrease anxiety and stress, improve emotion regulation, change mindset, increase clarity and improve problem solving. The meditative effects are the focus of the World Labyrinth Day 2026 walk with a focus on peace.

Where: A labyrinth was created at Chrysalis Behavioral Health Services and Training Center 1620 16th Ave S Fargo, ND 58103
