In honor of OT Month, we’ve added a new favorite to the gym! 🎉 Meet the squeeze machine—aka the “car wash.”

It gives kiddos the deep pressure input they need to help regulate their nervous system, all while strengthening their neck and back muscles.

Think a little like Wile E. Coyote getting flattened—but in the safest, most therapeutic (and fun!) way possible. 😄

You might be surprised—but we don’t just work on speech at the table!

In speech therapy, we use tools like vibration plates to support the whole child—because communication starts with regulation, attention, and body awareness.

✨ Vibration can help:
• Calm or alert the nervous system
• Improve focus and engagement
• Support sensory processing
• Increase body awareness (proprioception)
• Get kids ready to learn and communicate

When a child’s body feels organized and regulated, it’s easier for them to participate, use language, and connect with others 💚 Every session is play-based, purposeful, and tailored to your child’s needs!
