Here’s Juli’s text message and pics,You rocked it girl!!

I hit my goal! Down 42 pounds! I feel so great! And my lab work at my annual exam showed such tremendous results, I couldn't even believe it! I'm just about done with my maintenance phase, but I am going to continue to eat this way going forward! I honestly can't believe how great I feel and can really tell the difference after a day of not eating well, such as going thru the holidays.
