A continuation from Thursday..oops 🤦🏼‍♀️

So, ads for these Synergy Stones have been popping up on my news feed for MONTHS. I finally decided to purchase a couple to see if they were my jam and man, I'm really liking them!
They're bigger and way heavier than I thought they would be but they surprisingly don't take long to heat, they hold heat really well and the weight of them is actually pretty relaxing for the client. If you have any experience with hot stone or bamboo, you'll figure these out in no time! They also come with links to videos that you can watch online.
They come in really pretty colors ☺️ and either in matte or glossy. I chose matte because I use gel and glossy would be too slippery I feel like. Matte has more of a grip to it.
If you're a practicing LMT and looking for a new toy to try out, check these guys out! I just purchased the two, they have a few other different shaped tools too!

I have heard a LOT of great things about the Massage Therapy Symposium held by Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington!
Their website is also packed with information about this event. They even went as far as posting a recommended hotel that's close to the university, super helpful!
Gotta love spending a weekend with your fellow nerds! 🤓🤍
