Meet Anthony Charbonneau 👋 Head Physical Therapist | Director of Clinical Operations | Site Coordinator of Clinical Education | Moorhead

Anthony brings a patient-centered approach to everything he does at Total Balance. He believes in walking alongside patients through their entire experience — listening first, understanding fully and putting people at the center of every decision.

Anthony holds many advanced certifications that support his comprehensive approach to care, including Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Dry Needling, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction Training, Total Motion Release and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. This depth of training allows him to meet patients where they are and build highly individualized treatment plans.

His approach is rooted in education and trust. By helping patients understand pain and their unique pain experience, he offers reassurance, restores confidence and builds a treatment plan tailored specifically to help them reach their finish line.
He’s especially passionate about changing how people think about pain. When people understand how pain works, it becomes empowering — often unlocking confidence, clarity and long-term success.

Outside of the clinic, Anthony enjoys woodworking, disc golf when the weather allows and listening to music.
