Thought For The Day
You don't have to bear the burden of everything on your shoulders. It's okay not to be a super mom, a super housewife, a super professional, or a superwoman.
Consider that when your body begins to tire, only a few will honestly remember and appreciate that you strived to fulfill all these roles single-handedly.
Therefore, it might be beneficial to prioritize yourself. Delay the house chores, take a leisurely walk, visit the park, go to the gym, indulge in something you love, treat yourself to a massage, get a good night's sleep, embrace your true self, and nurture self-love. Do all of this exclusively for you, acknowledging that you deserve it.
Children grow up, spouses occasionally move on, jobs can be replaced, and houses will inevitably become messy again. However, you won't get a second chance to prioritize your well-being and happiness.
